This Wednesday the girls at ISAAY.com are on the prowl for the perfect tote aka shopper. The warm weather has us tossing aside our skinny jeans for short shorts that allow us to show a little leg (who are we kidding A LOT of leg). Summer is meant for separates and shorts in all forms will take center stage. So channel your inner Farrah Fawcett and slip into a pair of shorts.
